These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LinkAdz service (“Service”) provided by D3 Co., Ltd. (“Company”) and set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users.
1. Purpose
These Terms define the conditions and procedures for using the Service and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.
2. Definitions
“Service” means the online services related to ad campaign management, analytics, automation, and related features provided by the Company. “User” means any member or visitor who enters into an agreement with the Company under these Terms and uses the Service.
3. Effect and changes
The Company may revise these Terms within the limits permitted by applicable law and will notify users of material changes and the effective date through the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. Provision of the Service
The Company may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service, including features, availability, or operating hours, for technical or operational reasons. Material changes will be announced in advance where practicable. Free and paid features are described on the Service and in separate notices.
5. User obligations
Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and service guidelines. Users must not infringe third-party rights or interfere with the operation of the Service. The Company may restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate agreements for violations.
6. Limitation of liability
The Company may be exempt from liability where the Service cannot be provided due to events beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure, third-party acts, or user fault. The Company is not responsible for transactions between users and third parties such as advertisers or media partners.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts as prescribed by applicable civil procedure rules.
